AUCTION PROCEDURE NOTE: Parcels will be offered separately and then offered as a combination. If this happens, the parcels are offered together again and if there is a combination, they will sell as one unit and as one parcel.

REAL ESTATE - 12 NOON: The Kurzen farm is a property with huge possibilities and a great location. Definetly a rare opportunity in this area to purchase Sugarcreek Township soil at absolute auction. Located just west of Dalton but yet only minutes to Wooster, Orrville, Massillon, and Canton. Parcel #1 is approximately 3.6 acres and the location of the large 4 bedroom farmhouse, a second 2 bedroom home, nice bank barn, and several small out buildings. These homes will need some TLC and general updating (small house needs new furnace) but they have potential. Tract #2 is a 2.2 acre building lot just north of Parcel #1. Tract #3 is approximately 9.7 acres and Tract #4 is approximately 14.2 acres located just east and south of Parcels #1 & 2. There road frontage is just south of Parcel #1. Currently they are being crop farmed but would make great mini farm sites. Buy 1 or all 4.

CHATTELS 10:00 AM: We will be selling the remainder of the contents from the house, Ray's bicycle shop (w/ lots of inventory), barns and sheds. Watch local papers for this listing or check the website at www.jeffwilesrealty.com.
