Lots of range in size from 2 acres to 4.5 acres. There are 2 - 2 acre
lots with frontage on Arnold Rd., 2 - 3.4 acre lots with frontage on
Kidron Rd., and the 4.5 acre corner lot with frontage on both roads.
Buy one, two, three, or all five. Lots will be offered separately and
together. Some previous deed restrictions are in place.
TERMS: A $3,000.00 per lot non-refundable
down payment is due day of auction with balance due at closing in approx.
30 days. A $300.00 per lot fee will be charged to assist with the cost
of survey, soil testing, and plot plan work. If parcel sells as one
fee will be $1,000.00. Feel free to walk the parcels and call Bob with
any questions. Taxes are currently under the CAUV program and will be
prorated on that basis. If changed from CAUV the 3-year recoupment will
be the responsibility of the buyer. Those figures will be available
before auction. Sellers will split the cost of title insurance. There
will be a flyer box on site with the lot layout. Announcements sale
day take precedence over printed material.
