3. No single story home shall be less than 1,500 sq. ft. of first floor living area, no two story home less than 1,800 sq. ft, and no split level less than 1,650 sq. ft. of living area. Attached garages & open porches are not part of the living space for sq. ft. calculations.
4. No lot or any part thereof shall be used for rubbish, trash, or any other waste dumping ground.
5. No high density raising of livestock, swine, or fowl shall be permitted
