and we are pleased to be making the first offerings using the auction
method. We will be offering lots 1 thru 14 of Phase I. Lots 2 thru 11
have frontage on Krabill. Lot 1 is a corner lot with frontage on Krabill
Rd. and the new street to the south. Lot 12 is a corner lot on Krabill
& Decourcey St. Lots 13 & 14 have frontage on Decourcey St.
We will be selling them choice with the option to take as many lots
as you like. The first 4 lots will be sold at absolute auction so have
your selections done and finances in order. Terms are a 10% of purchase
price non-refundable down payment due the day of the auction with balance
due at closing in approx. 30 days. There are no financing contigencies
- have your funds prepared. Taxes will be prorated to the day of closing.

acres in size. Buy one or both. They have great location. Same general
terms as above and these lots will also have some restrictions on them.
